On December 4, 2025, the Faculty of Civil Engineering hosted the international scientific conference CILTEM 2025, which brought together researchers, members of the academic community, industry experts, and students from various countries. The conference became an important international scientific and professional discussion forum for addressing current issues in construction, infrastructure, logistics, and transport economics and management.
The event featured scientific presentations covering sustainable construction and building modernization solutions, the application of digital design and modeling tools, the assessment of BIM model accuracy, artificial intelligence solutions in engineering systems, and opportunities for efficient energy and resource management. Aspects of sustainable transport and logistics development, multimodal transport systems, green gas emission reduction measures, the economic efficiency of transport infrastructure, and institutional management practices were also analyzed.
The presentations and discussions emphasized the importance of sustainability, digitization, and data-driven solutions in addressing the challenges of climate change, urbanization, and sustainable economic development. The conference provided a favorable environment for interdisciplinary dialogue, interaction between science and practice, and the strengthening of international academic and professional ties.
We sincerely thank all conference participants who prepared and presented scientific reports, actively participated in discussions, and contributed to the successful implementation of the conference.
The conference was moderated by lecturer Aurelijus Vaškys.
