Civil Engineering Department

The aim of the Department of Construction Engineering is to train highly qualified construction engineering specialists who are able to apply the latest technologies, sustainable construction principles, and digital solutions, contributing to the creation of a green course and a sustainable environment, as well as to conduct applied research and develop cooperation with business and social partners.

  • The department’s tasks:
  1. Ensure the quality of studies – continuously improve study programs, implement advanced teaching methods and modern digital technologies.
  2. To train competitive specialists capable of designing, organizing, and managing construction processes in accordance with the principles of sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental protection.
  3. Promote the development of students’ practical skills through cooperation with companies, institutions, and social partners in the construction sector.
  4. Conduct applied research in the fields of building materials, structures, energy efficiency, digital construction, and sustainable infrastructure.
